 | Join other retail and restaurant professionals as we unite to advance our common interests. Benefit from the knowledge and experience of retail and restaurant professionals nationwide! Membership in the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association is open to anyone engaged in the defense of the retail and restaurant industries, employed by a restaurant or retail establishment, insurance company, third party administrator, claims adjusting company, structural settlement company or anyone else with an interest in the retail and restaurant industries. This list is illustrative, not exclusive. NRRDA members receive access to the member directory for communication, opportunities to attend educational seminars relative to the industry, an e-newsletter highlighting issues in the industry sent quarterly, and the opportunity to network with other individuals involved in retail and restaurant defense work. NRRDA members do adhere to a unique policy that prohibits unsolicited marketing overtures to members by other members through email or at NRRDA functions. Please Note: Any attorney member of NRRDA, or their organization, firm, subsidiary, affiliate or related business may not represent, consult for or testify on behalf of plaintiffs in a case against a NRRDA industry member or an insured of a NRRDA industry member. If any firm or organization has even one individual who violates this provision, the entire firm or organization and all current NRRDA members from that firm or organization will have their membership revoked. If the case is dropped or resolved after NRRDA membership has been revoked, re-application by all those removed will be required. Attorneys in private practice who wish to join NRRDA must submit an Attorney Member Application for membership. Only attorneys who regularly defend retail and restaurant companies or companies affiliated with these industries and whose law firm does not regularly represent plaintiffs are eligible for membership. |
